Bank of America launches zero down payment mortgages to help minorities buy their first homes

To help narrow a homeownership gap among Black and Hispanic-Latino communities, Bank of America is launching new zero down payment, zero closing cost mortgage products to help people in minority communities buy their first homes.

MEDICARE IN TEXAS

Medicare is the federal health insurance plan for seniors 65 and over, along with younger people with certain disabilities. In Texas, more than 2 million people are enrolled in Original Medicare, over half of the 3.7 million seniors in the state. Beneficiaries pay up to $471 monthly for Part A coverage, depending on how many years they were employed and paid into the program. Part B coverage has the same premium for everyone, at $148.50 per month. In addition to Original Medicare, Texans have about 250 Medicare Advantage plans to choose from, providing flexibility for your health care needs and budget. Buyers Always Determine Value!

The value of a property is determined by what a BUYER is willing to pay in today’s market based on comparing the property to others SOLD in your area. Comparables are provided by excellent REALTORS because sold prices are not public knowledge. 
REALTORS don’t determine value, we give estimates. It’s a REALTOR’s job to give estimates to buyers and sellers.
To keep in the spirit of the Texas non-disclosure laws, most of the Multiple Listing Services in the state have rules that mirror the law by prohibiting real estate agents from disseminating sales data to the general public. The sales prices can be shared with clients for purposes of pricing homes, making offers on homes, and other specific reasons, but not publicized in a general manner. So you can't trust the Zillow numbers and what a neighbor might have thought.

Moving Past Results with Routines

A message to help salespeople turn the corner.
 
As a real estate agent or salesperson, we should look at our results whether good, bad or indifferent.
 
The industry is defined by results of your performance and others. Many salespeople search for something different after producing dismal numbers in their business. Different brokerage, different office, different company or different product. The rub of the story is often the amount of effort and type of effort an agent chose to engage and the absence of a winning routine.
 
Culture and support can make a difference
in attitudes and performance but the effort is always up to the salesperson.
